Knightsbridge Business Sales have successfully sold Riverside Training Services Limited, a training and career guidance business based in Lincolnshire.
The training company was established over 12 years ago, and provides online and onsite training and short courses to members of the local community on behalf of key Local Authority and Government department client accounts. As well as this, the company also offers career guidance and health and well-being workshops.
Our clients approached Knightsbridge with the intention of selling the business to retire and to relocate to Italy. After generating two meetings and an offer being made, the business was sold to trade buyers who intend to expand the service offering of their existing training company, whilst retaining the original staff.
