Established over 40 years ago, RCS Enviro Ltd is a provider of specialist deep cleaning and pest control services, catering to both commercial and industrial services.
Based in Edinburgh, the Company holds 120 active client accounts across Scotland and the UK, including the likes of Virgin East Coast, Historic Scotland, Arthur McKay FM and NHS Trusts. RCS Enviro is a member of National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) and Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), allowing the business to provide necessary requirements for cleaning and pest control effectively. The Company is also a Royal Warrant Holder by appointment to HM The Queen, a prestigious recognition of outstanding services provided to the Royal Households.
Our client advised that the business was fully relocatable should a new owner look to operate from a different location. The team at Knightsbridge received 16 NDA’s, generated 3 viewings and 3 offers, out of which a deal was agreed.
The business was purchased by Squeegee Cleaning Solutions, one of Scotland’s largest independent and family run cleaning companies. Offering low cost, high-quality window, carpet and commercial cleaning services, the business offered clear synergies and was a perfect fit for RCS Enviro.
