Rimco Services Manufacturing & Engineering Company Was Acquired by Synergy Plastics
Rimco Services Limited specialises in the design and supply of advanced polypropylene plastic slats. The company began trading in 1992, had produced an excellent reputation over the years leading to high levels of repeat customers and turnovers in excess of £200,000.
Rimco ceased trading in 2017 apart from contracts with long standing clients. Therefore, the owners instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to find a buyer who could utilise Rimco’s client list and equipment.
A number of interested parties came forward and the successful offer came from Synergy Plastics, who intend to expand their existing market offerings. This meant that Synergy Plastics was in the position to utilise the tooling as soon as the deal completed.
The deal was overseen by Lauren Aspin-North, Knightsbridge Commercial Commercial Executive commented,
