M. C. Denyer & Co Limited, an accountancy services provider, has been sold by Knightsbridge Commercial, in a deal that generated plenty of interest.
This well-established company with a 35-year history has built an excellent reputation over the years. Serving personal tax clients, sole-traders, partnerships and small limited companies, M. C. Denyer had 210 active clients, each of which received a bespoke service.
Our clients pursued a sale to facilitate their retirement plans. The couple have another company on the market with Knightsbridge Commercial; a first aid products and kits supplier based in the South of England.
