SCI Search and Selection are a specialist recruitment agency for the science sector.
Initially established in 1999 SCI has seen significant growth over 20 years, starting as a one room and becoming a nationwide operation, with offices in Northwich and Windsor. They provide recruitment solutions to several sectors including pharmaceuticals, food and drink and biotechnology, environmental and life sciences. The company offers a personal approach that screens both companies and candidates, they also offer preparation interviews. This has led SCI to be highly profitable for a number of years.
Sara Thomasson, Knightsbridge Commercial Manager, was instructed with the sale in order to expedite the owners’ recruitment plans.
The successful offer was made by Entrust People Ltd as a synergy acquisition.
