Established in 1986, Sightline Media Ltd is an innovative creator of high-quality videos for every type of business and organisation. Over the years the company has worked with a variety of clients, including local councils, civil engineering firms and retail companies.
Having built the business for several decades the shareholders of Sightline Media Ltd, Keith Thomas and Amanda Thomas, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to allow them to pursue their retirement plans.
Sightline Media Ltd attracted 28 interested parties and two offers, resulting in a buyer being sourced within five months of the company coming to market. The ultimate offer came from Branscombe Group. The acquisition will see the incorporation of Sightline Media Ltd into the Branscombe Group which is a collection of media businesses.
