Smartstyle Technology Training Business Services Company Was Acquired by ITS Group | Case Study
Smartstyle Technology Training Limited has been sold to ITS Group for an undisclosed amount.
Smartstyle, based in Bradford, is recognised as one of the UK’s leading providers of IT and professional development training, providing a one stop solution for organisations across all sectors. The business was established in 1997 and currently holds contracts with national organisations, with a reputation for excellence and quality.
Following the deal, which completed less than 10 months after the business came to the market, the outgoing owners of Smartsyle will provide a 6-12 month handover period in order to ensure a smooth transition. All existing staff at Smartsyle are to be retained following the takeover by ITS with the business to continue operating from its current locations.
ITS Group is a charitable group providing training and development solutions for individuals and industry. Commenting on the sale, ITS Group CEO, Dr Chris Payne, said “We have big plans for the group both locally and nationally and look forward to creating a bright future together with SmartStyle.”
