Our client offers tailored management development programmes and business skills training courses. The company provides a range of leadership, management, and coaching qualifications.
Based in Kendal, Cumbria, the business was established in 1993. Its sole shareholder John Eatough, who has been with Stand & Deliver since 1997, offered it for sale to facilitate his retirement plans.

Following a diverse research strategy, twelve interested parties were liaised with; five of which were invited for meetings. Three separate offers were submitted from the ultimate buyer, carefully managed by the Knightsbridge team:

After just eight months of going live on the market, Stand & Deliver was acquired by London-based Safe Space Talent Group – a group of independent training providers providing vocational training across the UK.
The Group was formed by Malin Patel in 2024, following the acquisition of Enterprise4All – in a deal advised upon by Knightsbridge – by Safe Space Talent, the original 2020-incorporated business, a digital training and apprenticeships provider.
