Knightsbridge Commercial has successfully negotiated the sale of Riskas Limited, a fire and security business based in Greater Manchester.
Riskas provide fire protection services of the highest quality to businesses of all sizes across the North West of England. The business offers services including the supply, install and maintenance of fire extinguishers and service fire alarm systems, at the most competitive prices.
They also carry out a fire risk assessment on a range of properties and are able to service, repair and replace all of the fire extinguishers.
Our client intends to put the business on sale due to wanting to concentrate on other business interests. Tamen Holding Limited, investors business based in Manchester, took the opportunity and bought Riskas. They plan to keep the business going and extend the business in the future.
