T&D Mason Bookersellers Retail & E-commerce Company Was Acquired by private buyer
T&D Mason Bookersellers has been sold for well in excess of the current owners’ expectations in a deal advised by Knightsbridge.
Due to the niche aspects of the business, T&D Mason Booksellers benefits from a large local customer base. The business is also the only Post Office in the town and is situated in a freehold property.
The current shareholders instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge implemented a diverse research strategy which was supported by the use of the UK’s largest database of registered buyers.
The business was sold to a private individual who intends run T&D Mason Booksellers as it currently operates, however they will be closing the Post Office side of the business.
