Teknowhow Business Services Company Was Acquired by Paul Bartle Training
Teknowhow provides a wide range of accredited training courses in the HVAC sector. They offer training in refrigeration, air conditioning and electrics to help learners meet the requirements to work within the industry and secure the qualifications needed to comply with new regulations.
Their courses are approved by City & Guilds, UK Certification and CITB. They are also members of Refcom and the Institute of Refrigeration, working with 300 clients across the UK, including some blue-chip organisations.
The vendor approached Knightsbridge with the sale of the business to facilitate their retirement plans. The business received a lot of interest on the market before the final sale went ahead. The buyer, Paul Bartle of Paul Bartle Training, acquired the company to use as a bolt-on for their existing training company.
