It’s a happy ending for retiring vendors who move on to pastures new… Established in 2003, Thermoplas Limited, which does “miracle in plastic”, offers niche and bespoke packaging products, boasting over 5,000 returning customers, and operates nationwide. Following a decision to retire and seek opportunities in a change of direction, Thermpolas owners instructed Operations Director Leanne Boulding was instructed to find the best possible deal. After strong interest, Derbyshire-based CJK Packaging emerged successful. The premium packaging supplier has over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry and is one of the leading suppliers in the UK. Thermoplas will act as a bolt-on to the existing packaging business. After a good relationship was formed between the two parties, it was negotiated that the vendors remain on the books during a handover phase.
