Atmis Enterprises Limited, trading as Choice E-Cigs, is a retailer of electronic cigarettes, fluids and accessories based in Wiltshire. Since 2015, Choice E-Cigs has established itself as a key player in the electronic cigarettes market.
The shareholders of Choice E-Cig instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to facilitate growth under the impetus of new ownership.
The ultimate offer came from Vapella, which are currently following a growth via acquisition strategy.
