Vollers Retail & E-commerce Company Was Acquired by Hess Group
Vollers The Corset Company Limited is a well-established e-commerce site providing traditional corsetry and associated accessories. The company was founded in 1899 by relatives of the current owners and quickly established itself within its sector, building up a strong reputation and developing relationships with new customers. Ian and Corina Voller, the shareholders, purchased the business in 1991. Over the years that followed, Vollers continued to expand, earning an excellent reputation and establishing a prominent customer base.
Ian and Corina Voller instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate further growth.
The opportunity attracted seven interested parties and Knightsbridge was able to complete the sale within eight months. The successful offer came from Rolt Hess of Hess Group.
