Established since 1954 a packaging company in Hull has recently been sold by Knightsbridge Business Sales for an undisclosed fee.
The family run business holds an impressive reputation, utilising its strong name, providing products to a wide range of industries. Norman Nicholson Box Company Ltd has a regular client base from the M62 corridor all the way to the North East.
Incoming trade buyers, Well Able Ltd are planning to incorporate the business into their existing operations with current staff being retained.
Since coming to the market the business generated high amount of interest with 13 viewings. This ultimately led to an acceptable offer that suited both parties.
