Their products include single-walled boxes, double-walled boxes, packing tape, stretch film, newspaper off-cuts and postal tubes. The company benefits from several long-standing relationships, several of which spanning over a decade. They work with around 35 active clients across a wide range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare. 93% of these clients provide repeat, reliable business.
The vendor approached the Knightsbridge team with hopes of finding the best possible valuation for their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans. Our client, ideally, wanted a buyer from within the same sector. The business received a lot of interest, which resulted in a successful offer from Nick Shrager. The buyer, who already works within the sector, had previously purchased similar companies and was the perfect person to take on the business.
