Wizard Nursery Group Acquires 365 Childminding Childcare Company
365 Childminding Limited is a group of nurseries with an excellent reputation based in Northampton and Luton. The nurseries cater for babies and children up to the age of five. 365 Childminding Limited is located in substantial premises which allows the nurseries to care for 43 children. OFSTED has also awarded 365 Childminding Limited a rating of GOOD.
The shareholder approached Knightsbridge with the sale of the Northampton branch of the group, in order to allow them to focus fully on the Luton nursery.
The opportunity attracted 14 viewings. The successful offer came from Liz Debenham of Wizard Nursery Group as an expansion of their current nursery group.
